# Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AQUA K Lifestyle.

## Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

## Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. Estimated delivery after shipment is 3–7 business days.

## International Shipping
International shipping is available only to destinations supported at checkout. International orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country charges.

## Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via USPS. We may also use UPS, FedEx, or another reputable carrier when appropriate.

## Shipping Delays
If we cannot ship within the promised processing timeframe, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a prompt refund.

## Order Tracking
Tracking information (when available) will be emailed after shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Returned shipments caused by customer address errors may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.

## Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, please check your delivery area, neighbors, and contact the carrier. Each claim will be reviewed individually based on tracking records, carrier findings, and applicable law.

## Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
